About
With 9+ years in product design, I specialise in building platform experiences that simplify complexity, scale globally, and earn user trust.
Design with scale in mind and trust at heart.
Hi, I’m Tiffany. I design content and commerce platforms that help teams move faster, make informed decisions and build trust into the tools they use every day.
At Amazon, I design seller experiences across the US and UK. Previously at Spotify, I led the global appeals service from its initial launch to full compliance with the EU’s Digital Services Act, expanding it to over 180 markets. At SumUp, I designed the hospitality ecosystem for merchants, cutting onboarding time by 80% and powering 1M+ transactions across the UK, EU, US, and Brazil.
Earlier in my career, I worked with the BBFC, ITV and BBC to improve how content is reviewed, classified and published, supporting editorial and policy-driven workflows.
Outside of work I sketch buildings, create fictional characters and quietly document the rhythm of city life.

My inspirations and interests
Much of my inspiration comes from people and environments - how we interact, what shapes our behaviours, and the invisible processes behind the tools we use every day.
When I’m not designing, I explore the world through urban sketching and creating fictional characters. Gallery visits, and observing life through a sketchbook help me notice the small things that often lead to big ideas.
Looking ahead
As I continue to grow as a designer, I find myself increasingly drawn to the idea of digital safety. I care about the systems that protect people online, from the way content is moderated to how platform decisions are made visible. I want to keep shaping tools that help people feel safe, respected, and in control of their experience.
I'm also thinking more about the role of AI. As these systems take on more responsibility, I believe it's important that we don’t lose sight of human judgement and care. I want to be part of designing tools that make AI feel accountable, not invisible, and that uphold the integrity of platforms we use every day.
